My Typical Crazy Busy Day
Just to give you a sneak peek of my typical Tuesdays! PS I decided to start a RAW DETOX yesterday. I am on day two… Not sure how long I am going to do it for… But I am striving for 100% raw diet for one to two weeks. I may end up 80% / 20% because it is cold and I am craving warm soup… I will let you know how it ends up! Yes, I am crazy, which is probably why I have decided to go to Holistic Nutrition School. I start in exactly a week. YAY!
5:00 am Wake up
(breakfast: protein smoothie)
6:00am At the gym training my First client (1 hour)
7:00 am Training Client #2
Snack (one or two vega protein bars snacked on since the morning, yes 2 is a lot, but I move around a lot)
8:00 am Do my own training… today was just spin class (1 hour)
9:00 am (post workout protein shake - powder mixed with water & raw spirurlina chlorophyll bar)
10:00 am Training client #3
11:30 am Training Client #4
12:45 (leave the gym for an hour and a half lunch break)
Lunch - I run home and Make a protein smoothie with berries, kale, sprouts, coconut water. I attempt to take a shower, but not enough time because I am enjoying sitting too much :) - Still hungry so I eat a Vega Vibrancy Bar on my way back to the gym at 1:45
2:15 pm Back to the gym, training client #5
3:15 pm Training client #6 (30 minute session)
Snack - Starving Again :) Quinoa Cacao Raw Bar
4:00 pm Training Client #7 ( 1 hour)
5:15 pm Training client #8 (30 minute session)
6:00 pm Training Client # 9 (3o minute session)
6:45pm Finally my training for the Day is over, but I still have to Tutor at the Boarding School
7:00 pm to 7:30 I rush home and make a salad for dinner
1 cup of greens, sunflower sprouts, raw cabbage and broccoli slaw, half an avocado, red onion, yellow pepper, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and raw zucchini.
8:00 pm Drive to Stevenson Boarding school to tutor my awesome student Robbie who has finals tomorrow, so I am exhausted and need more energy. I grab another Vega Vibrancy bar because i won’t have any brain power to help him for 2 hours if I don’t…. Haha yes I am eating AGAIN! I can’t believe it myself. It grosses me out, but at the same time I am hungry because I am constantly on my feet moving!
10pm Make it back home, clean out and wash all of my water bottles from the day, prep my snack bag for tomorrow as you can see it is extremely important! haha Then I drink some vega muscle protein powder mixed with coconut water as a nice night cap for my aching sore muscles from a long day of hard work placed on them. Finally I am in bed!!! I set my alarm for 5 am to start it all over again :)
Does this make you exhausted? BC I for sure am!
My Heart Rate monitor says that I have burned 2,000 Calories from 7am to 7pm… That doesn’t include sleeping, pre spin and post dinner & before bed.(probably totaling up to about 2,500 at least) I am estimating that I have probably eaten 2,600 give or most like take away 200 calories… haha insane in the membrane. Now Time for bed!!!! This lady needs her beauty rest.
