I don’t care if your snack is 100 calories or under 200 calories. That is not going to fix your metabolism. Yes, eating snacks are good! The more smaller meals you eat a day the better. Here is the detox that I did via Dr. Catherine Jones in Charleston, SC. I went to her for four years and she completely changed my life. Mainly through this detox!
